1) Shipping

We only use the Priority Postal Service, which guarantees the delivery of your shipment within a few days of dispatching it. The price of transportation is very low throughout the whole EU. Shipments outside the EU are only carried out for wholesale customers. The table below represents shipping fees in dependency on the weight of a parcel. During the shopping process you will see the weight estimation and shipping price as well.

On orders over € 50,00 you get Free Shipping!

2) Payment options

You can pay by bank transfer in this time. Payment by credit/debit card will be enabled as soon as possible. Unfortunately, cash-on-delivery is not possible for international shipments. TIP for customers coming from EU countries: You can process SEPA payment (fast and cheap way how to send money within EU), its clearing takes approx. 2-3 day so your order will not be delayed so much. Payment instructions are sent in order confirmation e-mail or you may see our bank account number in Contact.

3) Discrete packaging

The goods are wrapped in an opaque wrapping material. The shipment does not carry any marks of the manufacturer, the product, or its website. Moreover, this shipment contains an invoice and safety notes on the recommended manner in which the product should be used.

4) Full insurance

All packages we send are fully insured. If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason, we will start an investigation at the postal service. This may take a while. Once we find out what has gone wrong with your package, we either send the package again or refund your payment.

5) Personal data protection

All the data you provide is used solely for the purpose of shipping, taxation and communication with you, the customer. We take every measure necessary to protect your personal data from misuse.

6) Legal status

Our goods are legal in all countries of the EU including Great Britain, Germany, and Russia.
