How to order
1) How to add a product to the cart?
There are several ways how to put the desired product to the shopping sack. You can click on a button "add to sack" or "to sack" anywhere in the product listing (opened category,"What´s new?" box, http://botanicstore.net.) - this will choose and add the basic available quantity (usually 1g) to your sack.


When you have a product detail opened, simply choose from the quantity variants table on the bottom of the page. We exclusively offer you reasonable quantity discounts so you can save a lot when buying even a little more than the basic variant! If you want to find a price for the quantity not listed in the variant table, you can type the desired amount to the Quantity Calculator - it will tell you the discounted price with possibility to add this directly to your sack. However, there is one limitation - the submitted amount must be an integer multiple of the basic variant amount and it must be certainly the same or higher.

Whenever you add any grams of a certain product to the sack, its quantity gets summarized to provide you higher quantity discount (based on the variant table in the product detail), so don´t be shocked when you see a lower price than you expect! When a total in your shopping sack reaches € 50, you get automatically FREE SHIPPING and FREE GIFT that you´ll choose during the order process!
2) How do I place an order?
When you have all your products in the sack, click on “Check out” button in the right top corner. Now you will see the cost of your order. Click on “Continue”.

Next step is selecting your country and choosing the shipping and payment option.
After that you´ll need to decide which customer account do you prefer - if you are going to make a single order, you can continue as an unregistered customer but we recommend to Register in order to get access to interesting offers, sales etc. - the only difference is filling your new account password, nothing more! Then you´ll fill your personal/account data. Click on “Continue”.
We recommend checking your delivery details one more time before you proceed to confirm your order. You´ll be able to add some trifles to the order - if the price of the order is more than € 50, you can choose one for free as a gift! Finally, you can confirm your order by clicking on “Continue”. A confirmation screen must appear - if it doesn´t, please contact us!

3) Order procedure
Immediately after finishing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique order code. Here you can check your delivery details, the amount you requested and the price of your goods. If you opted for paying by bank transfer, you will also find the details for proceeding with the payment. We will continuously keep you posted on the state of your order via email.
Once we receive the payment for your order, we will email you with a confirmation of your payment. The shipments are dispatched on the day of receiving the payment to our bank account, no later than the morning of the following day.
