1) Is there any limit like minimal order?

No, unlike other online smartshops, you are not limited in any way and it is possible to place a small order as well.

2) Do you offer only brand and quality goods?

Sure, we are certainly dissapointed that there are several e-shops claiming their offer coming from original and brand sources. We can guarantee this - in the case you are not satisfied or have a doubt, you can send us the package back and you´ll be fully refunded.

3) I don´t live in Europe, can I place an order?

No, sorry. We only send orders to european countries due to customs regulations and different legal conditions in countries around the world. However, if you are interested in wholesale cooperation and you come fron non-EU countries, contact us and we will try to discuss this.

4) What payment methods do you support?

At this time, the only way is to pay in advance by a bank transfer. Fortunately you can proceed the "SEPA" Payment (described below). Payment instructions will be sent in your order confirmation e-mail. We are intensively working on the implementaiton of credit/debit card payment option.

5) What is the SEPA payment method?

When making an international bank transfer within EU, you can opt for the SEPA payment method and save money on it. Using the SEPA payment method, you will be charged the same fee as for a domestic transfer in your home country.

6) Will people around me know what I´ve ordered?

No worries - all packages sent from us are unbranded and no one will be able to recognize the source or sender until the parcel is opened. So postmen, neighbours, relatives .. simply won´t know.

7) I haven´t received any e-mail from you, why?

At first of all, please check the SPAM folder in your e-mail account. Different e-mail filters can mark our e-mail as spam. In the case you won´t find the e-mail message even there, contact us. It is also possible that you´ve misstyped your e-mail address.
